The bike is certainly something worth using and after testing it a couple of times, here are the findings that have helped me:

Once you receive the box, you will also have 2 AA batteries that are included in the package. These batteries are designed for the console. The biggest downside to this is that they will eventually run flat and you will need to buy new batteries to ensure that you can have it powered up and running. However, it can be used without power due to the 4kg flywheel.

Console

Once the console has been powered up and ready to use, it will track all of the most important stats. These stats will help you to see your progress and that you are moving forward as well. If you are into spinning and you love to work on your cardio, this is the ideal way for you to have a great cardio workout at home and save on the gym costs.
