Overview

I found this indoor cycling exercise bike online and the first thing that caught my eye was the stylish design of the bike. It looked like a professional bike in all the manners you would expect one at your local fitness club.

At first, I was rather skeptical about IC300 PRO and the look that it offered, but these criticisms were quickly outweighed by the fact that it was designed for larger people as well. The maximum weight limit is around 130 kilograms and this makes it ideal for all users, with even bodybuilders being able to use it for their cardio purposes.

Adjustment

The adjustment features on this spin bike are probably the best part of it. It can be adjusted with 6 horizontal and 6 vertical adjustments. These adjustment levels will put all the control in your hands to ensure you have a comfortable ride.

The seat can be adjusted for up to 10 levels, which is one feature that is fundamentally important if you are a taller or shorter than average individual. The main goal of the design is to make it easy for everyone to use. At just over 6-foot, I found the bike comfortable to ride for prolonged periods and achieve my fitness goals with relative ease.

Assembly

Having the bike assembled is an important step in ensuring the bike is working. We often choose to have an expert help with the assembly process, but this can be a rather expensive choice to invest in. I found the assembly to be really easy and the bike was assembled in less than 2 hours. All you will need is just a couple of basic tools to ensure that the bike is ready.

Performance

A massive part of the bike is the performance aspect that it offers. When it comes to performance, this spin bike is certainly at the top of its class. The monitor includes 7 different functions and all of these functions will help improve your overall experience on the bike. The 20kg flywheel is what makes the performance so great.

Personally, I find it to be a little better than some of the bikes you find in the gym. Yes,  the JLL bike might be a little more expensive than what you find in your fitness club, but that is all worth it in terms of all the features it offers.
