Hello, I bought a t330 last May and the drive belt keeps slipping. How do I get it repaired under warranty or is there a simple adjustment I can do myself to fix it without invalidating the warranty please?
Have you tried adjusting at the back of the machine at the two ends where the silver cap is on. There’s a bolt on both ends that requires an Allen key you need to turn them simultaneously. Had same problem but managed to sort. Might be the Belt is tight or loose. Clockwise to tighten or Anti clockwise to loosen.
Hi i have a premierfit t330 which i purchased in January, i only use it for walking but use it nearly every day. up to 30 mins at a time. i regually lube the belt and check . today after 15 mins it stopped and i got the error E5 flash up. it starts up and the cuts out as you try to increase speed . judders as the speed increases. What can i do ?
